Swiss CEO network questions

Swiss CEO network questions deserve clear answers. The most important ones are here.

Entrepreneurs in confidential conversation at a round table
01

Who decides on admission?

A small admissions committee considers whether applicants are owners with ownership in their company or designated successors of the next generation under 45, as well as industry, region, company size and personal fit. Members may recommend someone, but cannot decide alone.

02

What happens with a competitor?

A direct competitor does not receive a seat in the same circle. Any relevant overlap is clarified openly before the conversation.

03

How confidential is it?

All members sign a confidentiality agreement. There are no photographs, third-party participant lists or public minutes.

04

What does membership at CIRCLE60² cost?

CIRCLE60² has 120 seats. Owners with ownership in the company pay CHF 6'800 per year. The founding rate is CHF 5'800 per year for the first 20 founding seats and is available to owners only. Designated successors of the next generation who are under 45 pay CHF 4'800 per year. All fees include four CIRCLE60² days per year, including preparation and follow-up. Payment is handled separately by invoice.

05

How does CIRCLE60² differ from an Erfa group?

Erfa groups may be organised by industry or function and follow the rhythm of their respective organisers. CIRCLE60² is a curated, cross-industry circle with four shared days per year. The right format depends on the question at hand.

06

How does admission work?

A confidential conversation follows the application. The committee then considers whether the applicant is an owner with ownership in their company or a designated successor of the next generation under 45, and whether industry, region and perspective fit the circle. A place is assigned only after the admission decision.

07

What happens to my application information?

The information is used to review the application and make contact. It is not published as a public member profile. Details are set out in the privacy policy.

08

Can I participate as a successor before I have formally taken over?

Yes, if you are a designated successor of the next generation under 45 and already carry concrete entrepreneurial responsibility while the handover is foreseeable. The deciding factors are role, responsibility and fit with the circle, not formal ownership alone.

09

How many seats are still available?

CIRCLE60² has 120 seats. The current figure, calculated from approved admissions, is shown on the home page.

10

What happens after a company sale?

The seat is personal and considered case by case. Anyone who continues to carry entrepreneurial responsibility can generally remain in the circle.
